  • Cart Total < $350, Flat Rate Shipping $40
  • Cart Total > $350, Free Shipping

In Caanda, Outside of B.C.

  • Cart Total < $700, Flat Rate Shipping $80
  • Cart Total > $700, Free Shipping

 

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
  • Custom items, such as hand-painted thangkas or personalized blessings, may require additional preparation time. Customers will be notified if extra time is needed. 

Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • We ship worldwide using trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or national postal services.
  • Estimated delivery times vary by location:
    • North America: 5–10 business days
    • Europe: 7–14 business days
    • Asia & Pacific: 7–14 business days
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or local postal delays. 

Packaging & Care

  • Fragile items such as thangkas and incense are carefully wrapped with protective materials.
  • Each package is prepared with respect, ensuring offerings arrive in excellent condition. 

Customs & Duties

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We include accurate customs declarations but cannot control delays caused by customs inspections.
